The Counsellors and Psychologists Board (CPB) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya and its Regulations.

- Newsletter subscription details (email, name)
- Registration data submitted through our portals
- Technical information (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics

- Respond to enquiries and requests
- Send you news and updates (only if you have subscribed)
- Process registration and licensing applications
- Maintain site security and prevent abuse
- Comply with our statutory obligations
Cookies
We only use cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site (session, security tokens and your accessibility preferences). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law. Contact submissions are retained for 3 years for audit purposes, then deleted.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, security logging and periodic reviews in line with the Government's whole-of-government approach to domain and email protection, coordinated by the Communications Authority of Kenya.
