Registration Applications

Registrations are done online through eCitizen.

STEPS

• Read the instructions carefully before filling out the application form.
• Fill in the online application form.
• Upload all required documents.
• Await feedback, once approved you will be notified via SMS/EMAIL.

UPLOADS

• Passport size photograph.
• National Identification Card For Kenyan Nationals.
• Passport Biodata Page for Foreigners.
• Certified True Copies of Academic and Professional Certificates

NOTE

• All amounts paid for Registration are non-refundable.

Registration Fee

• Kenyan Citizens - 5,000.
• EA Residents - 8,000.
• Foreignors - 10,000.

Practice License Applications

REQUIREMENTS

• Been registered as a Counsellor or Psychologist.
• Complied with the prescribed requirements for continuing education and supervision
• For the purpose of the first licensing of counsellors and psychologists, a person seeking license to practice shall be exempted from the requirements of section (2) above.
• A person who immediately before the first registration was engaged in private practice as a counsellor or psychologist shall be entitled to continue in such practice without a license, until the license is granted or finally refused, or the application is withdrawn

• Attach a Valid Work Permit For Foreigners.

License Fee

• Diploma - Citizens 3,000, Non-Citizens $350
• Bachelors - Citizens 4,000, Non-Citizens $350.
• Masters - Citizens 5,000, Non-Citizens $350.
• Doctorate - Citizens 6,000, Non-Citizens $350.
